Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancellation before delivery. You may cancel an order any time before the device is delivered. We cancel the recurring mandate and refund any amount you have paid in full.

Failed verification at delivery. If our staff cannot verify your identity or address at handover and the delivery is aborted, the order is cancelled and any amount you paid is refunded in full.

After delivery (active rental). Once a device is delivered, the rental can only be ended through the Return process (not cancellation). On early return you pay for the whole months used; the current (already-billed) month is not pro-rated or refunded, and there is no early-exit fee. Future months are not charged.

Short-term (daily/weekly) rentals are one-time payments and are non-refundable once the device is delivered, except where required by law.

Refund method & timeline. Approved refunds are made to your original payment method via our payment partner and are normally processed within 5–7 business days (your bank may take additional time to reflect them).

Damage, late, and non-return charges are not refundable and may be billed separately (see the Damage Coverage Policy).
