Service area. We currently deliver only within Mumbai.
In-person delivery & verification. Devices are delivered by our own staff in person. At handover, staff verify your identity and delivery address and capture delivery confirmation (including photos). Delivery cannot be completed if verification fails.
Delivery charge. A one-time delivery charge of ₹199 applies per order, shown at checkout. Pick-up at the end of your rental is free.
Timelines. We aim to deliver your device the same day if your order is confirmed and verified before 3:00 PM, and within 24 hours if confirmed after 3:00 PM — subject to device availability and the delivery slot you select. Timelines are estimates, not guarantees.
Rental start. Your rental term and billing begin from the time of delivery.
