Return Policy

Scheduling a return. You can schedule a return any time from your account (or by contacting us) — for an end-of-term return or an early return. Choose a return date and slot.

Return handover. Our staff collect the device in person and inspect it on the spot, recording its condition (with photos).

Condition expected. Please return the device in the condition it was delivered, with all included accessories, allowing for normal wear and tear. Back up and remove your personal data first — we are not responsible for data left on the device.

Early return billing. On early return you pay for the whole months used; the current month is not pro-rated or refunded, and there is no early-exit fee. (See the Refund Policy.)

Damage / late / non-return. If the device is returned damaged, late, or not at all, charges apply per the Damage Coverage Policy and Terms, billed via your mandate or a payment link.
